Section 120.74, Florida Statutes, requires the Board of Governors to annually prepare a regulatory plan and publish the plan on its website for ten years. Each regulatory plan contains:
- A listing of each law enacted or amended during the preceding twelve months which created or modifies the duties or authority of the Board of Governors;
- A listing of each law not otherwise listed pursuant to the above which the Board of Governors expects to implement through rulemaking before the following July 1st; and
- Updates to the prior year’s regulatory plan or supplement.
