Carson Good serves as President of Good Capital Group, a private real estate investment and development company that makes direct investments in Florida commercial real estate, provides capital to operators, and provides advisory services to select institutions. He also serves as a Director of Alpine Income Trust, a NYSE-traded real estate investment trust that owns and operates a nationwide portfolio of high-quality single-tenant properties. For the past 4 years, he has served as Chairman of The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. The Orlando International Airport has expanded rapidly under Governor Good’s leadership with a new senior executive team, 17 new carriers, 47 new direct destinations, a new $3 billion award-winning terminal, and the opening of the Brightline train to Miami. The airport is now the second busiest airport destination in the United States. He continues to actively serve on the board of the Aviation Authority, as the Chairman of the Orlando Executive Airport Commission, and as a member of MetroPlan Orlando, the region’s comprehensive transportation planning agency.
Governor Good received a BA from Florida State University, an M.B.A. from Rollins College.
Governor Good has served as Florida Managing Director for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), as a principal and senior executive of The Trammell Crow Company, as an advisory board member of the University of Florida’s graduate school of real estate, as a board member of Orange County Parks and Recreation, and as the Chairman of the Orange County Planning and Zoning Commission. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute, and a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
He lives in Winter Park with his wife and family and enjoys travel and outdoor activities including boating, skiing, and hunting.
