The Florida A&M University sorority Delta Sigma Theta was placed on inactive status by the university Wednesday due to a report on FAMU's anti-hazing website.
The incident is being investigated, said Bryan Smith, assistant to the president for anti-hazing.
"We will investigate this complaint as with any that is brought to our attention," said Smith.
"Once this investigation is completed, the inactive status may be lifted or if warranted, additional sanctions may incur," Smith said.
