Budget and Fiscal Reports
The Vice Chancellor, Finance/Administration and CFO for the Board of Governors provides guidance and direction regarding the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient outcomes supportive of the SUS Strategic Plan. Publications, reports, budget documents and financial statements are the responsibility of the various units under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer.

Allocation Summary and Workpapers: Details of legislative appropriations for the state universities and affiliated entities.
2015 Data Workshop Presentations: The Budget Workshop was held during the annual Data Workshop on June 23-25, 2015. There were three presentations during the work shop: Performance Base Funding (Tim Jones), Shared Initiatives (Karen Armstrong) and Performance Funding Data Integrity (Joe Maleszewski).
Expenditure Analysis Reports: Annual reports that detail the universities’ expenditure of funds and use of positions by budget entity, institution, program component, classification of instructional programs and instructional level.
Financial Statements: Consolidated manual compiled as a result of financial statements and disclosure notes submitted by the universities to the Board of Governors for submission to the Division of Bond Finance and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Foundation, Inc: Link providing information on the Board of Governors’ foundation, a nonprofit organization formed and operated for charitable and educational purposes.
Funding History: A history of legislative appropriations for the state universities.
Institutes and Centers: Reports showing the narrative, directory, and budget for the universities’ institutes and centers.
Academic Infrastructure Support Organizations: Are created in accordance with Board Regulation 10.014 to provide underlying technology, equipment, facilities, services, and resources for academic programs and research in the State University System of Florida. They are required to submit Annual Reports that provide the year's events and accomplishments, budget information, and a work plan for the coming year.
Legislative Appropriations: Appropriations representing the legal authority of state universities to make expenditures for specific purposes within the amounts authorized in the General Appropriations Act.
Legislative Budget Requests: Request submitted by the Board of Governors to the legislature reflecting the resources needed for the state universities. The request is based on guidelines approved by the Board of Governors.
State University System Final Amendment Packages: Final total allocations by university, special unit, and affiliated entity with details of budget amendments added during the fiscal year.
Tuition and Fees: A link providing the history of tuition and fees charged by state universities.
University Operating Budgets: Annual reports that detail the universities’ actual and estimated revenues and expenditures.
